Description
Each card includes 3 to 5 sentence paragraphs which include a nonsense word from 3 to 5 syllables in length. Students are given six choices following the paragraph to choose the meaning of the unknown word. Can be used for articulation carryover (includes phonemes r and l in every nonsense word). I also use these type of exercises for helping students learning rules for spelling, syllabication and for assisting students learning vocabulary using context.
